Mox Archives and Games is led by a passionate and experienced team dedicated to building an inclusive, community-driven space where creativity, connection, and play thrive.

CEO Erick Lopez brings a diverse background as a 12-year Army Combat veteran, artist, educator, and long-time member of the Magic: The Gathering community. With over 20 years of experience in the TCG world, Erick also brings deep roots in the Warhammer community as both a longtime player and commission miniature painter. Combined with a bachelor's degree in computer science, his unique blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and creative vision drives the innovation and direction of Mox Archives and Games. Erick’s commitment to community, imagination, and accessibility shapes Mox into a space where everyone can feel welcome.

Vice President Tim McCrohan, a 9-year Army National Guard Combat veteran and educator, shares that same community-first mindset. With a strong foundation in wellness and social connection from his degree in Physical Education and 16 years in the MTG community, Tim is focused on making Mox a welcoming hub where people of all backgrounds can gather, play, and grow together.

CFO Shannon McCrohan brings deep experience in child psychology and family engagement, with over 15 years spent supporting children and families. Her passion for literacy and inclusive programming helps shape Mox into a vibrant space where books, games, and community come together to support learning and meaningful connections.

Together, this leadership team combines military discipline, creative vision, educational insight, and a deep love for gaming and storytelling to make Mox Archives and Games a unique, welcoming destination for all.
