Includes basic use of available monitors, connections, and the table screen with your personal laptop and accounts.

All reservations require a two-hour minimum. The non-refundable reservation payment covers and is credited toward the first two hours.

There is no set time limit. Your group may continue playing as long as the store remains open, the room remains available, and all store policies are followed.

Room availability varies. Visit the store or call (774) 438-4191 to check availability and reserve your session.

A reservation is not confirmed until the required non-refundable reservation payment has been received. Full payment is due at the beginning of the session.

Each room accommodates up to 8 players plus the Dungeon Master.

The person making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of everyone in their group and must remain present during the session. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult unless another arrangement has been approved by the store in advance.

Reservation payments are non-refundable. Schedule changes are subject to room availability and store approval.

Mox Archives and Games may cancel or end a reservation because of nonpayment, unsafe conduct, excessive disruption, policy violations, or circumstances outside the store’s reasonable control.

Please leave the room reasonably clean and in the same general condition in which it was provided.

Food and drinks must be handled carefully. Smoking, vaping, illegal activity, harassment, fighting, and damage to store property are prohibited.

The person responsible for the reservation may be charged reasonable cleaning, repair, or replacement costs for damage caused by members of their group beyond normal wear.

Electronic-support access is limited to the equipment and connections made available by store staff.

Guests must provide their own compatible laptops, required adapters, accounts, and platform subscriptions, including personal D&D Beyond or other gaming-platform accounts.

Mox Archives and Games cannot guarantee device compatibility, uninterrupted internet service, or access to third-party platforms. Guests may not install software, alter equipment settings, disconnect equipment, or move mounted devices without staff permission.

Mox Archives and Games is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests use the rooms, furniture, electronics, internet connection, and personal devices at their own risk.

All guests must follow posted store policies and reasonable instructions from store staff. Store staff may make decisions necessary to maintain safety, protect the premises, and avoid disruption to other customers and events.
